Follow each day of the interactive programme to help you finally regain control of your sleep.   CBD drops in MCT oil 10ml :  Shake well before use. Drop liquid under the tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes for maximum bioavailability, then swallow. Start low and increase your drops over the 21 days as instructed in the programme.   Muscle Balm (30ML):  Dab a small amount of balm on your fingertip and massage where needed with light pressure.  CBD bath bomb:  Crumble the ball beneath warm running water or drop into a full bath and watch as it hypnotically dissolves into the water.  Lavender pillow spray:  Spritz on your pillow and duvet before bed. Lay back and breathe in for a tranquil night’s sleep and a fresh tomorrow.

The shipping times are dependent on your selection at checkout.
