    Mondays can be tough, especially at the moment. But they don’t have to be, especially when its a Mighty Green Monday!

    We’re really excited to announce the upcoming launch of our Mighty Green Monday fitness series with personal trainer Rich Callender.

    Rich is a multi award winner trainer who has been part of the fitness industry for over two decades. He is one of the UK’s most popular mixed discipline fitness professionals, and we’re stoked to be working with him to take your health to the next level.

    We’ll be working with Rich to emphasise the benefits of exercise alongside those of CBD, and how they form part of a supercharged lifestyle. Movement is arguably one of the best medicines, and there’s no one that understands this better than Rich.

    The health and fitness world is slowly waking up to the many CBD oil uses, which can help support a healthy lifestyle.

    The amazing thing about CBD is its versatility. Its use cases are so widespread, that almost everyone stands to benefit from its use. Whether you’re an athlete, a fitness junkie or someone who just likes to stay fit and active, there are CBD oil products for everyone.

    Whilst we don’t have a lot of research in a sporting content with CBD yet, there are quite a few athletes who can attest to its many benefits and how it has helped them with sports and exercise.

    MMA finger Nate Diaz recently spoke about CBD, “It’s CBD. It helps with the healing process and inflammation, stuff like that. So you want to get these for before and after the fights, training. It’ll make your life a better place.”
